Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lion Arms USA badge purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Custom or engraved badges cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund approval.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges:
If you need a different style or have received a defective item, we will gladly exchange it for you.
