Terms of Purchase & Service

General Terms By placing an order with Lion Arms ("we", "us", "our"), the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel or refund any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where the order would not comply with federal, state, or local laws.

Order Process For orders containing firearms, the customer must select a licensed firearms dealer ("dealer") with a valid FFL (Federal Firearms License) to handle the transfer. We will verify if we have that dealer's FFL on file. If we do not, we will reach out to obtain a copy of the dealer's FFL directly. If we are unable to do so, we will request that the customer arrange for the dealer to send us a copy of their license. Once we have confirmation, we will ship the firearm to the licensed dealer. All items in the order, including non-firearm items, will be shipped to the dealer selected by the customer.

For orders that do not contain firearms, we will ship the items directly to the shipping address provided during checkout. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided during checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

 

Shipping and Delivery We ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving payment and any necessary documentation (e.g., FFL confirmation for applicable items). Shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier delivery schedules. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or issues with the licensed dealer.

Cancellations and Changes If the order has not yet shipped, the customer may request to cancel or change it by contacting us directly. Once the item has been shipped, the order cannot be modified. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

Returns

Firearms We do not accept returns on firearms. If the customer's selected dealer is unable to complete the firearm transfer for any reason, the customer may choose to have the dealer ship the firearm back to us. We will issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, processing, and restocking returned items. We do not cover return shipping in this case.

If the dealer sends the firearm back to us for any other reason, or if the package is returned to sender, the same 20% restocking fee will apply, and return shipping will not be covered.

All Other Items All non-firearm items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to a 10% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If a non-FFL package is returned to sender for any reason, the same 10% restocking fee will apply.

Refund Process Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s) in their original condition. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees such as restocking or shipping costs.

Sales Tax We collect sales tax in accordance with applicable laws. If the customer's order ships to a location where sales tax is required by law, it will be applied at checkout. If the customer is eligible for a sales tax exemption, they should contact us with the appropriate documentation and we will process the exemption in accordance with the law.

Age Restrictions Federal law requires the customer to be at least 18 years old to purchase rifles and shotguns and 21 years old to purchase handguns and other regulated items from a licensed dealer. It is the customer's responsibility to comply with all local, state, and federal laws related to the purchase of firearms.

Liability and Legal Compliance By purchasing from us, the customer agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of our products. It is the customer's responsibility to understand and comply with the laws of their jurisdiction regarding firearm ownership and transfers. We do not provide legal advice regarding local, state, or federal laws. We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use of our products. Use our products responsibly and in accordance with the law.

Dispute Resolution Any disputes that arise from this purchase shall first be addressed through a good faith effort at informal resolution. If informal resolution fails, disputes may be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with arbitration taking place in Florida.

Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the customer's purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seminole County, Florida.
