Buying a firearm online

How it works

Buying a gun online is legal, safe and simple. Federal law requires firearms to ship to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) — a licensed dealer — who completes your background check when you pick up.

    Choose your build

    Pick a rifle or pistol and your finish. Add it to your cart and check out online like any other store.

  2. 02

    Select an FFL dealer

    Search by ZIP and pick a licensed dealer near you — or choose free pickup at our Longwood shop.

  3. 03

    We ship to your dealer

    We verify the dealer's license and ship insured, with tracking. You'll get email updates at every step.

  4. 04

    Pick up & go

    Bring your ID to the dealer, complete the 4473 background check, pay their transfer fee, and take it home.

What you'll need

  • To be 21 or older (our policy for all firearm sales).
  • A valid government-issued photo ID showing your current address.
  • To live in a state where the firearm is legal to own. We do not ship AR-platform firearms to CA, CT, DE, DC, HI, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, WA.
  • An FFL dealer in your state of residence who accepts transfers.

Picking an FFL dealer

Most local gun shops, and many pawn shops and home-based dealers, accept transfers. At checkout, search by ZIP and pick one. We recommend calling ahead to confirm they accept incoming transfers and to ask their fee — typically $25–$75, paid directly to them.

After you order, we get a copy of your dealer's license (many are already on file), then ship your firearm insured with tracking straight to them. You'll get an email when it ships.

Local to Central Florida?

Florida residents can choose free pickup at our Longwood shop at checkout. No shipping, no transfer fee — just bring your ID. Pickup is by appointment; we'll call you when your build is ready.
